Out of the new generation, in MY MIND, theres @jcolenc as a first tier rapper, than @drake, Kid Cudi and @kendricklamar in the 2nd, Wale and Big Sean in the 3rd, then everyone else.
However I dont really consider Drake and Kid Cudi rappers,they are artist. They just have to be labeled for award purposes.
